Our Leadership Team

K.L. Sharma holds a postgraduate degree in management and possesses dual expertise in Engineering and Management. He is a qualified Electrical Engineer with a Master’s in Business Management. As the main promoter and motivator of SSC, K.L. brings over 40 years of experience in the distribution system network. He joined the Haryana Government’s electrical department in 1967 and retired as an Additional Executive Engineer in 2006, after which he joined SSC to lead and inspire the company.

Vivek Sharma is a self-motivated, meticulous Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years of experience in project management. He founded SSC in 1996 as a proprietorship and was appointed Partner in 1998. Vivek brings extensive knowledge of design, material management, and procurement to the company.

Jyoti Parkash is a qualified Electrical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in managing large commercial and industrial electrical projects. Starting his career in 2000 as an Assistant Electrical Engineer, Jyoti advanced quickly through industry training and qualifications to become a Partner at SSC. He has since managed increasingly complex contracts for Government and PSU organizations.

Senior management founded the sole proprietorship in 1996 to offer all electrical services under one roof to its continually growing client base. In 1998, after a period of organic growth, the company expanded to become SHIV SHAKTI CONSTRUCTIONS (“SSC”), a leading expert in electrical contracting and energy-related services, transitioning to a Partnership Firm.

Since 1996, SSC has continued to grow its client base and expand, managing larger and more complex jobs while retaining its core values and services. Over this time, the company has also expanded across India and positioned itself in new market segments by specializing in technologies such as renewable energy and energy efficiency.
